Features:
With the digital technology of simulation engineering to control the vacuum degree and automatic digital displayed by the electromagnetic valve, provides you more accurate and effective vacuum control. Through the panel, the vacuum is adjustable from 0.01 kPa to 99.99 KPa, and the adjustable precision is 0.01 KPa. The sensor uses a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure a stable pressure value, independent of the air flow, and to transmit a stable pressure value to the LED display of the vacuum controller. With the corresponding high-power vacuum pump, the vacuum in the vacuum box can reach the military level below 10Pa.

◎Box structure
1) The vacuum oven consists of a chamber body, a vacuum system, a protection system, and an electrical control system.
2) The cabinet is made of mechanical equipment, with advanced technology, smooth lines and beautiful appearance.
3) The inner box is made of 3mm thick stainless steel wire drawing plate, which is polished and strengthened to strengthen it. The outer box is made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet which is electrostatically sprayed after special treatment on the surface.
4) High-performance sealing material and silicone rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame of the oven to ensure good sealing and aging resistance.
5) The vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, a stainless steel vacuum valve, a stainless steel connecting pipe and a digital vacuum gauge.
6) The stainless steel movable sample holder is installed in the box, which is detachable and easy to clean.
7) Tempered on the door of the cabinet, bulletproof double-glazed door observation window, glass window installed in the middle of the box door, can clearly observe the changes of the internal test items during the test.
