The Structure and Working Principle of EJER Drying oven
The drying oven uses the air blast cycle to drive the hot airflow to achieve the
purpose of drying and heating, benchtop drying oven is must equipment in every
laboratory, today let’s briefly introduce the structure and working principle
of the EJER drying oven:
1.Structure
Constant
drying oven consists of a box, a temperature control system, and an air
circulation system. The exterior oven is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel
plate, the exterior is electrostatically sprayed, and the interior oven made of
mirror stainless steel. Can effectively prevent rust, corrosion. Insulation
layer for high-quality insulation cotton, the least heat loss, studio and oven
door connection with high-temperature silicone sealing ring. The temperature
control system is PID adaptive control mode, no temperature control parameters
adjustment, high control accuracy, no overshoot. The temperature circulation
system of the constant temperature drying box is composed of a heating pipe,
blower, and air duct. Using the operation of the fan, the air convection is
forced to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio. The position of the
heating tube is generally on both sides, the rear side, and the top heating
concentration, the more common small thermostatic drying box on the market is
back heating.

Working principle
Hot
air circulation oven working principle: air circulation system adopts fan
circulation air supply mode, circulation is uniform and efficient. The air
source is driven by the circulating air supply motor (using a contactless
switch) to drive the air wheel through the heater, and the hot air is sent out,
then through the air duct to the oven, and then the air suction duct after use
becomes the air source for recycling and heating. Ensure interior temperature
uniformity. When the temperature value swings due to the opening and closing
action, the air supply circulation system quickly returns to the operating
state until the set temperature value is reached.
