First
of all, to introduce to everyone, EJER drying oven insulation
material is superfine glass fiber!
So
why use this superfine glass fiber? How to divide the type of superfine glass
fiber? Glass fiber according to shape and length, can be divided into continuous
fiber, fixed length fiber and glass fiber; according to glass composition, can
be divided into alkali-free, chemical resistance, high alkali, medium alkali,
high strength, high elastic modulus and alkali-resistant glass fiber.
The
main raw materials for the production of glass fiber are: quartz sand, alumina
and pyrophyllite, limestone, dolomite, boric acid, soda, mirabilite, fluorite,
etc. The production methods are divided into two categories: one is to make the
molten glass directly into fibers, the other is to make the molten glass into a
glass ball or rod with a diameter of 20 mm, and then to make very fine fibers
with a diameter of 3~80 μm by heating and remelting in various ways.
Glass
fiber after processing, can be made into a variety of forms of products, such
as yarn, untwisted roving, short cut silk, cloth, belt, felt, plate, tube and
so on. Glass fibers are divided into different grades according to their
composition, properties and uses. Under standard grade , grade E glass fiber is
widely used in electrical insulating materials; grade S is special fiber,
although small in production, but important because of its super strength,
mainly used in military defense, such as bulletproof boxes; grade C is more
chemical resistant than grade E for battery isolation panels, chemical filters;
grade A is alkaline glass fiber for the production of reinforcement materials.
Above
is why EJER forced convection oven chooses superfine
glass fiber as insulation material and its advantages.
